DARKEST HOUR have released a brand new video for their track “Your Everyday Disaster” off their most recent record The Human Romance to celebrate their upcoming European tour with MACHINE HEAD.

“This video was made by our good friend and long time fan John Ryan Flaherty. We couldn’t be more stoked to hit Europe with Machine Head, Bring Me The Horizon and Devildriver. Here’s a little taste of the dude’s lives, come out and celebrate with us!” says guitarist Mike Schleibaum.

DEVILDRIVER has set “Beast” as the title of its fifth album, due on February 22, 2011 via Roadrunner Records. The CD was recorded at Sonic Ranch studios in Tornillo, Texas with producer Mark Lewis (TRIVIUM, CHIMAIRA, ALL THAT REMAINS) and is currently being mixed by acclaimed British producer Andy Sneap (MEGADETH, EXODUS, MACHINE HEAD, NEVERMORE, ARCH ENEMY) at his Backstage studio in Derbyshire, England. The band recorded 14 songs during the “Beast” sessions, with 11 or 12 tracks expected to make the final cut.

Montreal based extreme metallers KATAKLYSM recently wrapped up their first ever run of Ozzfest tour dates! Vocalist Maurizio Iacono recently commented on the bands experience playing the U.S.’ biggest traveling metal festival:

“We didn’t know what to expect going into Ozzfest . Already being invited was an amazing moment for us but we did our thing and it was monstrous! Kids were going crazy and we couldn’t have been more happy. “Originally the theme of this album was betrayal by those close to you and revenge against the deceitful. After a pretty spirited conversation with Rob and emails back and forth the saying “Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing” kept coming up. Basically we danced around that metaphor till it became pretty clear that a direct interpretation was the way to go. Illustrating betrayal and revenge in a single piece proved to be a challenge but as I received the lyrics to the songs things quickly fell into place.“

DEATH ANGEL will release its new album on September 3 in Europe and September 14 in the U.S. via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD was recorded at Audiohammer Studios in Sanford, Florida with producer Jason Suecof (TRIVIUM, AUGUST BURNS RED, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, ALL THAT REMAINS, WHITECHAPEL, DEVILDRIVER).

Hot on the heels of a busy and productive 2009, DEATH ANGEL have been holed up in Audio Hammer Studios in Sanford, Florida with production genius Jason Suecof (LTRIVIUM, AUGUST BURNS RED, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, ALL THAT REMAINS, WHITE CHAPEL, DEVILDRIVER). The band are currently mixing the new record tentatively scheduled for a September of 2010 release.
