August 7th, 2012- Today DIGITAL SUMMER releases Breaking Point, their highly anticipated third album with Victim Entertainment. The album features the current charting single “Forget You,” which debuted at #46 on Active Rock charts last week. Breaking Point was recorded in New York with producer Mike Watts (Theory of a Deadman, Deer Hunter, Adelita’s Way), and features a guest performance by Clint Lowery of SEVENDUST.
The album’s first single, “Forget You,” is already playing in rotation on KUPD, SIRIUS XM OCTANE, WWBN, WIIL, WZBH, WXQR, KHTQ, KFMX and KRDJ to name a few.
Breaking Point follows up the band’s 2010-released album, Counting The Hours, that featured the singles “Just Run” and “Hostage” with major market radio play across the country, including their hometown station KUPD-Phoenix, KSHE-St. Louis, WRIF-Detroit and SiriusXM.
DIGITAL SUMMER is currently on tour with 12 Stones and plans to tour on the new album with various artists throughout the year and into 2013.
