Classic Rock Magazine is reporting that ANTHRAX‘s Charlie Benante and his wife were arrested on Friday July 27th in Elkhart Indiana and charged with Domestic Battery in front of a child.
The musician, 49, has been forced to miss the current leg of his band’s US tour due to a hand injury. He’s been replaced by Jason Bittner of Shadows Fall.
ANTHRAX is currently on the tour with the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival.
