 This is one helluva rockin’ record! L.A.-based rockers, Onesidezero, dropped their self-titled sophomore album in June. The album is full of pure rock…from the blistering guitar solos to the sudden tempo changes to the melodic rock anthems to the full bodied ballads! This album is awesome! If you’re a fan of Puddle of Mudd, Three Days Grace, Seether, Breaking Benjamin, or Nickelback, Onesidezero is a band you should get to know! Full of classic rock inspiration with a metal kick, Onesidezero has put together an impressive sophomore effort on Corporate Punishment Records. The guitar work of Levon Sultanian and Jasan Radford is absolutely tremendous! Equally impressive are Radford’s vocals and the forceful rhythm section provided by bassist Cristian Hernandez and drummer Rob Basile. Onesidezero has the chops and the first album to get themselves noticed by rock fans around the nation! Check out “Who Will Stop the Rain?” with its Queen-esque vocal harmonies…this song is worth the price of the album by itself! The first single from the album is “My Confessions” and is a mega-rockin’ attention grabber…this is one that Three Days Grace fans will LOVE! Onesidezero provides a great mix of tunes. Metal fans will dig “Blondevil.” If you want a good ballad, “Carry Us Away” will hook you up! The more I listen, the more impressed I am with the vocal harmonies and musical ability of this band! Favorite tunes include “Who Will Stop the Rain?”, “My Confessions”, “Stay” and “Levitation”. Onesidezero is on tour now…check out www.myspace.com/onesidezero to see if they’re coming your way!
